Management

DMCDD is directed by a Board of five members. The Board members are elected at the annual General Assembly.

The General Assembly is the supreme authority of DMCDD. Annual financial statements, budgets and annual reports are approved by the General Assembly and also subscriptions for members are decided by the General Assembly.

The day to day running of DMCDD is managed by a Director, who is employed by the Board. The Board employ other staff on request of the Director.
