Who can apply for support?
Member organisations of DMCDD may in cooperation with their partners based in developing countries with an annual gross national product (GNP) per capita of less than USD 2,397 according to World Bank statistics apply for support from the Mini-programme.
In special cases support, which will be to the benefit of especially vulnerable groups such as indigenous people and other marginalised groups, may be given to activities in developing countries with a GNP between USD 2,397 and USD 2,500. Please be aware that the GNP-limit may change from year to year. GNP figures 2007.
The local partner should have the necessary capacity to undertake responsibility for day-to-day implementation of the planned interventions. The Danish partner should have sufficient experience to contribute to and ensure the quality of the planned interventions.
Any Mini-programme effort must be a joint operation of a given partnership between the Danish and a Southern partner as a condition for support. Hence, all applications must be submitted through and endorsed by the Danish partner and member organisation of DMCDD.
