What can be supported?

Types of interventions that can be supported:

• Appraisals
• Pilot project
• Mini project
• Partnership activities
• South-to-south activities
• Capacity building of partners
• Secondment of Short-term consultants and development workers
• Activities to raise awareness in Denmark (development education)

Types of interventions that cannot to be supported.

The following items can only be supported if they are an integrated and necessary part of a broader development project: Material aid (e.g. delivery of equipment, medicine etc.), procurement of vehicles and building construction.

Running costs may only be supported when new activities are started in connection with the implementation of a project and should normally decline during the project period. Future running costs should be covered by the applicant or secured from other sources.

Evangelisation and mission projects and projects exclusively for the benefit of church members cannot be supported under the Mini-programme, but may be supported by the Danish partner church or organisation.
